Pilot terms — version pilot-player-terms-2026-08. These pilot terms summarize how Sports Axiom may be used during the pilot and may be updated as the product matures.
1. Using Sports Axiom
Sports Axiom helps organizers run amateur sport competitions and helps players take part. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential.
2. Your account
You must provide an email you control and confirm it before your account becomes active. Accounts for players under the applicable minimum age require a guardian; until guardian consent is recorded, a minor account stays inactive.
3. Player conduct
Treat other players and organizers with respect. Do not harass, impersonate, or share others' personal information. Organizers and Sports Axiom may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Organizer-run competitions
Sports Axiom provides record-keeping, scheduling, coordination, and publication tools. The organizer conducting a competition remains responsible for its rules, eligibility decisions, schedules, participant communication, safety arrangements, fees and refunds, score disputes, and other tournament operations. Questions or disputes about a specific competition should be directed to that organizer.
5. Messaging
Player-to-player messaging is optional and off unless you allow it. You can change your messaging preference at any time from your profile.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these pilot terms; material changes will be communicated in the product. For questions about these terms, contact your organizer or Sports Axiom support. See also our Privacy Policy.
